Country Sensations, Jack Ingram, Radney Foster, Raise More Than $434,000 for Elizabeth Toon Charities

The Elizabeth Toon Charities Concert and Shoot-‐Out continues to grow tremendously every year.  More  than 1500 people packed Gilley’s Paladium Ballroom for the 6th annual Elizabeth Toon Charities concert  featuring Jack Ingram and Radney Foster.

Local singer, Erin Duvall kicked off the night, followed by Highland Park High School graduates, Charlie  Berry and Brett Taylor, who entertained the crowd with their Nashville country-‐western group,  Mockingbird Sun.

“I’m excited that we raised more than $434,000 for children in need, an increase of $34,000 from last  year,” said Larry Toon, Chairman of Elizabeth Toon Charities.  Attendees had the opportunity to  participate in a live auction and a short video illustrating the mission of ETC was also shown to the  crowd.

The concert featured highly anticipated acoustic performances by Jack Ingram and Radney Foster.  They  both played a number of their hit songs and told stories to please the crowd.
The shoot-‐out was a huge success as well. First place was awarded to the Transwestern team and  second place went to the Mildren family.
